ArtsNow’s smART Literacy! initiative will deliver professional development and job-embedded training in literacy-based arts integration to Garrison School for the Arts, Heard Elementary School, and Marshpoint Elementary School.

The selection highlights the school’s success as an innovative and compelling learning environment that engages students and provides tangible evidence of academic accomplishment.
The theme, “Lots 2 Love,” encourages students and school nutrition professionals across the country to share what they love most about school lunch programs.
All facilities are in good condition and ready for reopening tomorrow.
An update will be provided on Thursday afternoon regarding school operations on Friday, October 12, 2018.
SCCPSS remains in constant contact with the Chatham Emergency Management Agency and the National Weather Service for the most up to date information associated with this storm.
SCCPSS officials will continue to monitor weather conditions over the next 24 hours and are closely reviewing forecasts that indicate a potential for severe weather on Thursday, October 11, 2018.
