 Facilities Rental Request

Thank you for your interest in utilizing the Savannah-Chatham County Public Schools facilities. In accordance with Board Policy KG: Use of Facilities, the District encourages organizations considered educational, youth programs, civic/community service organizations, and private/for-profit companies to utilize the facilities. 

To utilize a facility, please follow the steps below:

Step 1:
Click the link below for the Board Policy Manual and read policy KG: Use of Facilities in its entirety. 

Step 2:
Identify the facility you would like to use. It is recommended that you make more than one choice when selecting a facility in the event your first choice is not available. Requested meetings/events are subject to a fee as outlined in the Facilities User Agreement.
