Nine SAA Film Teams Selected to Compete in Prestigious NYC Film Festival

Published on: 8/9/2023

Nine film teams from the Savannah Arts Academy have been nominated to this year's All American High School Film Festival in New York City.  It is the largest high school film festival in the world with a panel of industry judges selecting the best of the best films for nomination.

These SAA films were selected from thousands of submissions from around the world to be screened before a live audience during the competition weekend to be held October 20-22, 2023.  The films will be shown on the big screen at the AMC Empire 25 Theater in Times Square.  The Savannah Arts Academy program had more films accepted than any other in the state of Georgia and was one of the top programs for nominations in the nation!
