Hello WCES Families,

Safety and health of our students is a top priority. With the upcoming break we want to ensure that we are all returning at the appropriate time. Below you will find a link to a form that will need to be filled out for any in person students if any of the following criteria are met:

  • A student has tested positive for COVID-19 during the Thanksgiving Break
  • A student has been identified as a close contact to someone who tested positive for COVID-19
  • A student is sick on either November 28th or 29th with COVID like symptoms

If any of the above criteria are met fill out the form and a member of the WCES Contact Tracing team will contact you. The student is to remain in virtual school until they have been contacted and approved to return to in person instruction by a WCES staff member.

Additionally, please make sure you are notifying your student's homeroom teacher that you are filling out the form.
