Toddler Tuesdays at Oatland

Published on:

Toddler Tuesday is a program for 1-4 year old children and their caregivers that focuses on one of our animals, or a relevant nature theme. The program will meet at the picnic pavilion and will include: singing, finger play, a story, and a possible encounter with one of our furry, feathered or scaly residents.

Due to the current state of the pandemic we ask that all adults please wear a mask indoors. Occasionally the program ventures to an exhibit, so dress appropriately and bring your stroller and walking shoes. Toddler Tuesday is weather dependent and in case of extreme weather and a cancellation is called for, attendees will be emailed at the address you registered your child with.

The program costs $5 per child and $5 for adults and your registration for Toddler Tuesday is your admission for Oatland. This is a special fundraising program, there is no FOO member discount for this program. You can now purchase a punch card for your child's admission for repeat visits at a discounted rate! Find out more information here!

Sessions are offered twice on Tuesdays from 10:00am - 10:30am & 11:00am - 11:30am and registration is required. There are a limited number of spaces so reserve early!

Registration is made online, but the program fees will be paid at the front booth on the day of, and not in advance, so if you know you won’t make your reservation, please call and cancel so we can open the space for someone on the waitlist.

If you are a preschool or day care you will need to call 395-1510 or click here to book a private program as this program is designed for the general public with a smaller parent to child ratio.
