This year, the students at Lee Roy Myers Middle School will be going on college tours to prepare them for life after high school. Our college tours will happen once a month and we will visit a few college fairs as well. These trips are a representation of our school motto “Students First” and they are educational.
The tour for the month of October is of the illustrious Savannah State University--right in our own backyard! It's scheduled for Saturday, October 22 from 9:45 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. While the cost of this trip is FREE, students will still need $10-15 to buy lunch on campus.
