Good Afternoon May Howard Parents, Staff, and Students:

I hope this message finds you all enjoying a beautiful spring weekend.

Please be reminded that whether your child is a car or bus rider, you should click the link below to answer the daily COVID screening questions. (These links can also be found on the school web site.) These must be answered before the children can come into the facility. Temperatures will also be taken.

Your cooperation is appreciated.

May Howard is partnering with Nothing Bundt Cakes to bring sweet treats to our school for Mother's Day. For $7.00 the students will have to a chance to add a bit of pizzazz and a special message before bringing them home. Bundtlets are moist, delicious individual cakes which promise to become your new go-to indulgence.  A portion of the proceeds are returned to May Howard to support our ongoing fundraising needs. 
All sales will be made through School Cash Online. Please see the directions for creating an account on our school web site to order your special treat today!

The fundraiser ends tonight so order your cakes today. 

The cakes will be delivered on Wednesday May 5th for students in Cohort A, and Friday May 7th for Cohorts B and C.

The Georgia Milestones Assessment will continue for the 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders this week. Cohort A students will take ELA on Monday and Math on Tuesday and Wednesday. Please be sure that your child gets plenty of rest, eats a good breakfast, and arrives on time for school. Testing begins at 9 AM.

Tuesday, May 4th will be our last PTA meeting of the SY. It will be held virtually at 6 PM. The link can be found below. The election of officers will be taking place. Please see the web site for more information.

May 3rd-7th is Teacher Appreciation Week. Please let your May Howard Staff know how much you appreciate their hard work this year with your children.

Thursday, May 6th is Nurses Appreciation Day. Let Nurse Harrison know how much we appreciate her efforts to keep all of us healthy and safe during these difficult times.
