Girls Engineer it Day

The Society of Women Engineers of the Savannah Coastal Empire invites all elementary, middle, and high school students to our annual Girls Engineer It Day taught by local STEM professionals. 

 Girls Engineer It Day will be in-person at Woodville-Tompkins High School.

What: Girls Engineer It Day! Students will participate in separate tracks (per age group) of three classes lasting one hour each. We will kick it off with an Expo to learn about schools, universities, and Engineering companies right here in the Coastal Empire!  

Then as the students break off for classes the adults are invited to stay and learn how to keep the students interested in STEM and how to prep them for school. Full Agenda on the website

Where: Woodville-Tompkins High School

Registration: The fee is $8 per student and includes all supplies for the activities. Price goes up to $10 on Jan 20th.  Adult registration is FREE

Groups/Classes: If you are a group of more than 5 registering, please email us, we will accommodate without having to use the web interface.
