Student Device Loan Forms

Alll students will need a learning device (Chromebook, iPad, or laptop). You can request a school issued device through your PowerSchool Parent Access account. 

​If you need asssistance please call the media center at ext. 78147. 

Instructions

  1. Log into your Parent Access account.​                                                                       ​                        If you need a Parent Access account, you can request one here
  2. Click Forms
  3.  Under General Forms, select Student Device Loan Form                                                                            The form will pop up and allow you to fill out your information 
  4. Click SUBMIT 
  5. Go back to Forms
  6. Click​ Family Protection Plan                                                                                                                               Here you can accept (and pay) or decline the device protection plan 
  7. You will be prompted to pay online at school cash
