For those who have not completed the Code of Conduct acknowledgement here is a very easy option for parents.  Please click on the link, click on start filling, scroll down a little, fill in boxes, use mouse to sign, and then click submit.  It will email  the completed forms to the school. The Code of Conduct is attached for your review.​
