Registration for Students Transferring within the District

Welcome

​​Step 1: Grades K-12  Student Transferring​

Important information to know before transferring within district:
 
  • ​Only the enrolling parent or guardian may withdraw the student from school.
  • The required documents may differ depending upon what demographic data has changed since previous registration.
  • In order to complete the online transfer process, required documents​​​ must be uploaded. Click here to review Registration Requirements.

Please contact the SCCPSS school that your child is transferring from for assistance.​​

Step 2: Completing​ the P​rocess​​

School Communication:

​​​​The school's Information Specialist or assigned school staff member will contact the enrolling​ parent or legal guardian to complete the registration process. The submitted documents will be reviewed for accuracy and visibility.  If you do not receive a response within 3-5 school calendar days, please contact the school. ​
