New Employee Onboarding is the process by which new hires are introduced to the mission/vision and job expectations of the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System. Onboarding also helps new employees see how their role fits into the larger organization and contributes to its success. We instill a spirit of customer service, teamwork, and pride.
