Student Login Information and Support

Published on: 8/16/2020

Our Return to Learning starts on Wednesday, August 19, 2020, through the itsLearning Learning Management System. To ensure students are first-day ready, our schools are requesting parents to ensure their child(ren) can login to the district's network using their school issued student login ID and password from last year or for new student(s) their newly issued student login ID and password.

All enrolled students are required to test their login information prior to August 19.

Make sure to test your child's login today!  We want all students first-day ready to access their teacher's online classroom and instruction!

Note: New students to the district will not have student login ID and passwords until 24-48 hours after they are enrolled in PowerSchool.

If your child(ren) has not been issued a student login ID or are unable to login with their existing information, please contact your school immediate or fill out the support form that is linked below.

When my child attempts to login, the error message “Authentication Failed" is displayed.

Check to make sure you are entering the student ID and password correctly and that there are no spaces. Passwords are case sensitive.

If you are still experiencing issues, please contact the teacher/school for assistance or fill out the form below.

On my personal device, I am certain my student is using the correct student ID and password. The “Authentication Failed" error message still appears.

This may be due to the computer having cached another user's information. You can clear the browser history/cache by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Delete or Command+Shift+Delete while in the browser and ensure no one else is logged in. You can then attempt to log in again.

If you are still experiencing issues, please contact the teacher/school for assistance or fill out the form below.
