SCCPSS to Resume Operations on Friday, March 19, 2021.
All SCCPSS facilities will be open tomorrow (3/19) and will operate on the district's regular operational schedule unless otherwise notified. Students who are scheduled in the Cohort B in-person hybrid option will return to the classroom at their regular time. Students scheduled on the virtual instructional model should log-on based on their normal class schedule. Staff should plan to report to their assigned work location at their assigned work time.
Due to unforeseen impacts of today's weather event, school bus riders will likely experience delays to their morning pick-up times. Bus route information will be provided to those impacted. Bus meal delivery service for Friday 3/19/2021 will also be delayed – call 912-395-5591 for updates on estimated delivery times. There may also be isolated delays to school schedules if any unforeseen damages to operational systems are discovered overnight. Parents will be notified through the District's parent notification system if there are any changes to your child's school schedule.
