Students, faculty, and staff of SCAD have donated art supplies to the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System. The donations were distributed through the Buzz Bus and Scad Serve initiatives. Student volunteers from SCAD worked to fill boxes of various items that each school in the district will receive. Donations include glue, paint, paper, and much more that is essential to art education. The items are relevant, useful, and age appropriate to the classrooms that will receive them. Students return to school on Wednesday, August 4, 2021.
