Chatham Parkway Subaru surprised teachers and students at Haven Elementary School on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 with donated classroom supplies as part of Subaru's partnership with AdoptaClassroom.org for Subaru Loves Learning month.
The teachers and students of Haven were surprised to meet representatives from Chatham Parkway Subaru in their Gymnasium shortly after morning arrival as the second week of school commenced. The Subaru employees rolled in with purple boxes adorned with each teacher's name chosen for a classroom adoption. Inside each box was an assortment of supplies for a teacher of each grade level.
The teachers will also split a $5,000 grant to purchase additional materials. The Haven Hornets and Principal Dionne Young extend a huge thank you to Chatham Parkway Subaru!
