Osiris Devon Baldwin-Franklin, a student at Groves High, received an Excellence in Achievement award from Mr. Richard Woods, GA School Superintendent, Tuesday, February 18, at the Twin Towers Building in Atlanta. Osiris has shown outstanding achievement in academics, lettered in varsity sports, served in the JROTC for four years, and is currently the Cadet Battalion Commander.
He was nominated for this honor by Transition Specialist Doug Hancock.
