It was a celebration of Beach High pride at the Groundbreaking
Ceremony Wednesday for the school’s new ESPLOST-funded Auditorium. Board
members, district staff, current students and alumni gathered to celebrate the
beginning of construction on the long-awaited addition.
The auditorium at Beach will
include 600 seats, a raised stage, a scene shop, and dressing rooms, as well at
state of the art sound and lighting systems.
The new auditorium will follow the existing design of the school.
